Celluliod Jam.

CELLULOID JAM.

Designed by N Maeda Atalier, the Celluloid Jam House is a uniquely sculptural house. The smooth, flowing surfaces and the white concrete and white finish of the materials create a delightful space. 


The house was designed so that it is as close to one single piece as possible. As a result, if someone was to lay a finger down on a surface, they could travel around the house, inside and outside, without lifting that finger off the wall. The building is a whole, wall, floor and ceiling all meld into one and openings are cut and manipulated into the continuous structure. The are no visible junctions within the house and together with the flowing curves and simple colour palate, the spaces created are unique and delightful.
